This is the case with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artsy.net\/arteba-2015\/browse\/artist\/santiago-reyes-villaveces\">Santiago Reyes Villaveces<\/a>, an up-and-coming Colombian artist, whose works from Bogot\u00e1\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artsy.net\/show\/instituto-de-vision-instituto-de-vision-at-arteba-2015\">Instituto de Visi\u00f3n<\/a> are subtle equivalents to throwing a wrench in the gears of a sputtering political machine.
