Today, it is occupied by a citizens\u00b4 assembly, organized to protect the 18th Century building from sale to private buyers. For the installation, 192 wires hold the individual seats in the theater and meet in a single point across the hall, center stage. A wooden beam is set against what used to be the gate of the stable, suspended only by its own resistance and the tension of the wires as they pull it against the edges of the gate towards the seating area.
